I lead a team of Experience Strategists & Designers who help clients chart a course for innovation in products & services, deliver experinces that delight customers and drive financial results, and grow design teams.

I've delivered reimagined products, services, design systems, and DesignOps models for Fortune 500 and mid-market firms. A few of my favorite projects include creating a design thinking innovation program for a Fortune 10 company, reimagining inventory management for community healthcare clinics across the country, and developing a design system operating strategy for an international supply chain technology firm.

I've spoken about Design Systems and human-centered product strategy. I've built tools for designers and developers to work better together.

Today I spend my time empowering other designers and leaders to do their best work. I still get my hands dirty planning and executing strategy for my clients, and I've been known to write some CSS and JavaScript when called on. You can see more on my resume.
